About the Role

As a Panel Beater / MET Technician, you'll play a key role in delivering top-quality vehicle repairs, ensuring our customers’ vehicles are restored to their best condition.

Your Responsibilities:

* Vehicle Repair & Restoration: Repair and replace damaged body components and conduct mechanical, electrical, and trim (MET) repairs to restore vehicles to their pre-accident condition.

* Assessment & Diagnosis: Use advanced equipment to assess vehicle damage, diagnose issues, and determine the most effective repair methods, including for electric and hybrid models.

* Team Collaboration: Work with a skilled team to meet repair deadlines, maintain efficiency, and ensure all work aligns with manufacturer specifications.

* Quality & Safety: Adhere to high-quality standards, follow health and safety guidelines, and maintain an organized workspace.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking dedicated professionals with the following qualities:

* Proven Experience: Background in Panel Beating or MET repair, ideally within an accident repair setting.

* Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of panel beating techniques and MET repair practices.

* Detail-Oriented Approach: A sharp eye for detail and commitment to delivering outstanding workmanship.

* Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to assess and repair damage efficiently with excellent troubleshooting capabilities.

* Team Player: Thrive in a collaborative environment but can also work independently when needed.

* Qualifications: ATA/NVQ certification preferred. We offer support for qualification renewals and further training.
