Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and engaging top talent for various positions within our organisation. You will play a crucial part in building relationships with clients and candidates alike, ensuring a seamless recruitment process that meets the needs of both parties.
Duties
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions
* Utilise various sourcing techniques including social media management, lead generation, and networking to identify potential candidates
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to interviewing and onboarding
* Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions and specifications that accurately reflect the requirements of each role
* Conduct thorough candidate interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit
* Provide regular updates to clients on recruitment progress and candidate status
Requirements
* Proven experience in UK recruitment is essential
* Strong relationship management skills with the ability to communicate effectively
* Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
* Proactive approach to lead generation and candidate engagement
* Strong understanding of the recruitment landscape and current market trends.
