Salary Scale: Up to £38,000 (Negotiable depending on experience)

Location: Hybrid

Hours: 40hrs per week (Flexible working)

Job Purpose
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead the growth of our digital marketing channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a digital customer acquisition and retention strategy that enhances our online presence, engages our target audience, and drives business growth and profitability. This role requires a data driven marketing leader with a strong analytical background, expert knowledge of digital marketing techniques and tools.

Key Responsibilities
• Digital Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive inbound digital marketing strategies aligned with mission and business objectives.
• SEO Optimised Content Management: Digital Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive inbound digital marketing strategies, including SEO, that are aligned with mission and business objectives.
• Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Campaign Management: Develop, implement, and optimize PPC campaigns across various platforms to drive targeted traffic and achieve ROI goals. Demonstrate a strong track record in managing PPC campaigns effectively.
• Google Marketing Platform Utilisation: Leverage the Google Marketing Platform to enhance campaign performance, including the use of Google Ads, Analytics, and other relevant tools. Showcase proven experience in utilizing these platforms to achieve marketing objectives.
• Website Management: Oversee the maintenance and optimization of the company website, ensuring it is user-friendly, up-to-date, and effectively supports marketing campaigns.
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Manage and utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, segment audiences, and implement targeted marketing initiatives.
• Social Media Management: Manage and grow social media presence, engaging with audiences and monitoring trends to enhance brand awareness.
• Analytics and Reporting: Utilise digital analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and actionable insights to senior management.
• Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximise ROI.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and project management, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
Essential Skills, Experience and qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field. (Desirable not essential)
• Experience in digital marketing
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of current digital marketing tools and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyse data and provide evidence-based recommendations.
• Experience with content management systems, social media platforms, and email marketing tools.
• Proficiency in website management and CRM software.
• Creative thinker with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
