Senior Ecologist - East Midlands (Flexible Working Options)

Salary: £37,500 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience
Contract: Permanent, Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
Location: East Midlands / Flexible and remote working options available

Project Delivery: Take charge of managing ecological projects from planning through to completion, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to junior ecologists, sharing your expertise and fostering their development.
Ecological Surveys: Conduct detailed field surveys, assessments, and habitat evaluations with precision and accuracy.
Technical Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports, including Ecological Impact Assessments and Biodiversity Net Gain analyses.
Client Relationships: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert ecological insight throughout their projects.
Business Development Support: Contribute to winning new projects by supporting proposal writing and business growth initiatives.What You'll Bring:

Experience: Extensive experience in ecological consultancy.
Education: A relevant degree in Ecology, Environmental Science, or similar.
Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Ecological Impact Assessments, Biodiversity Net Gain, and habitat management.
Driving Licence: A full UK driving licence is essential.
