An opportunity has arisen for a “Valuer” to join an established Property firm in Devon. You will join a team of exceptional individuals and be provided with robust support for your professional growth and advancement. You will have the autonomy to nurture your career by engaging directly with clients, gaining profound expertise in key domains, and refining your professional skills and expertise.

The Opportunity
  
The successful “Valuer” will join a busy existing team with key responsibilities including:

Lead valuation projects, from commercial premises (industrial, office, retail, or land) to residential development schemes.
Actively promote our services to both existing and new clients, driving new business opportunities in Devon.
Deliver comprehensive valuation reports, provide accurate fee quotes, manage diverse client portfolios, and ensure timely project delivery.
Contribute to various consultancy projects, with the potential to expand your role to encompass a broader range of responsibilities.
Take on additional duties as requested by SMB, consistent with your position.
Uphold the Firm’s values in all interactions, both internally and externally.
Proactively engage in relevant networking events to nurture and grow client relationships, aiming to drive business growth.
Consistently produce high-quality work that meets and exceeds client expectations, collaborating with third parties as needed.
Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues, supporting their development and fostering a collaborative work environment.   
The Ideal Candidate

MRICS and RICS Registered Valuer with a minimum of 3 years experience
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications and relevant industry-specific software.
Highly motivated with a commercial mindset, capable of both teamwork and independent initiative.
Strong research, analytical, and reporting skills.
Resilient under pressure with excellent prioritization, time management, negotiation, organization skills, and attention to detail.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to convey information clearly and succinctly.
Proactive, adaptable to change, and maintain a positive, 'can-do' attitude with the highest level of professionalism.
Must hold a clean driving license.
