Description

Our client is established across the globe as the leading representative body for businesses within a niche industry. They are essentially an organization which consults companies offering various courses, accreditations and workshops.

* Processing all membership applications from website.
* Issuing annual membership documents and web access updates. Managing invoices and payments for subscriptions
* Updating client database.
* Monthly billing of Accredited Training Certificates and sending reports
* Training bookings and assessment results
* Ad hoc project work
* Liaising with Auditors regarding members
* Banking Receipts
* Allocation of Cash
* Managing email traffic across multiple inboxes
* Sending invoices daily

Hours: 8.30am - 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am - 3pm on Friday. 30 minutes for lunch
