You will need to demonstrate some Employment Law matters either within a Training Seat or in a Paralegal capacity.

The role demands a professional who thrives on providing advice on settlement agreements, adeptly navigating disciplinary and grievance issues, and confidently managing employment tribunal cases.

Your caseload will consist of matters including:

TUPE,
Settlement Agreements,
Discrimination,
Labour and Employment Law,
Whistleblower,
TUPE Transfers,
Dismissal,
Constructive Dismissal,
Employment Tribunal
