This successful client is looking to expand its Purchase Ledger team to 3, due to a busy workload.  This Purchase Ledger Clerk role will involve dealing with a high volume of invoices.  Our client offers excellent benefits such as free parking, perkbox, and a wellbeing programme as well as other benefits.
 
Job Description for the Purchase Ledger Clerk:

Processing a high volume of invoices
Preparing and processing payment runs
Statement reconciliations and query resolutions
Maintaining accurate database details
Processing staff expense claims
Assisting in month-end close procedures Candidate requirements for the Purchase Ledger Clerk:  

Purchase Ledger/accounts payable experience is required
Excellent attention to detail
Someone who can multi-task and prioritise their workload
Strong communication skills
Good excel skills
Ideally, someone who has experience of using accountancy software Hours: Monday-Friday 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £24,000 Per Annum

This is commutable from Stoke on Trent, Uttoxeter, Newcastle under Lyme, Longton, Fenton, Hanley, Blythe Bridge, and Moddershall.
 
It would suit Accounts Payable and general Accounts ledger candidates.
