This international organisation are a leading wholesaler of renewable energy products, such as solar PV, EV charging, battery systems and heat pumps. They have dominated the market in recent years and have exciting plans for future growth. With ambitious net zero carbon targets in place, they are on a mission to upskill the nation on renewable systems to accelerate the delivery sustainable projects and infrastructure across the globe.

In this role, the successful candidate will lead the training function out of the brand new facilities. You will be responsible for delivering training courses for Solar, EV, Batteries, Heat Pumps and 18th Edition, whilst also developing and implementing strategies for improvement and further growth. With technology in the sector consistently advancing, you will keep abreast of innovative developments with regular supplier training, and you will also be involved in the testing of new systems.

The ideal candidate will be an electrical trainer / assessor with relevant Level 3 TAQA or CAVA qualifications. You should be a qualified electrician (Level 3 and 18th edition) and will ideally have experience working on renewable systems. This role requires consistent personal development and innovation, so you should be inquisitive, eager to learn and have an entrepreneurial attitude.

The Role:

Lead the training function for renewable installers across the UK
Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions for Solar, EV, Batteries, Heat Pumps and 18th Edition
Develop and implement new strategies for improvement and growth
Regular supplier training to keep abreast of new products and developments
Attend industry events to represent the company
The Person:

Electrical trainer / assessor with relevant qualification (TAQA or CAVA Level 3)
Qualified Electrician (C&G Level 3, 18th edition)
Excellent communication and presenting skills
Computer literate (Microsoft, PowerPoint, Excel)
