This Mortgage Advisor job in Birmingham is an exciting opportunity to receive quality leads, within a supportive culture and access to all types of lending (residential, commercial, bridging, asset finance!)

Our client is an ambitious firm with high growth potential. They have spent the last 8 years laying fantastic foundations for the business and have amassed a solid network of introducers that will provide a consistent flow of quality, leads.

They have introducers in the Birmingham area with plans to continue to ramp this up further. You will support in regularly liaising with the local introducers, which typically consist of estate agencies. Your proactiveness will help to generate a good flow of leads and referrals. Across the team their Mortgage Advisors are converting over a third of their enquiries and writing on average 2 – 4 mortgages per week, per Mortgage Advisor!

In addition, you have opportunity to provide protection / insurance advice to your clients, offering a full suite of options to them to ensure they have the right protection in place.

Our client operates on a hybrid basis with 1 – 2 days from home and 3 – 4 days either from their office in Birmingham and/or out seeing local introducers to strengthen your relationship with them.

Due to excellent earnings potential, strong lead flow and access to all range of lending, many of their team have desire to build their career and stay as a Mortgage Advisor within their team. However, if you have long term aspirations to move into other areas such as financial planning, equity release, wills and trusts, our client can also facilitate this, meaning you can build your long term career within their team.

Mortgage Advisor Requirements

* You must have 12+ months experience as a Mortgage Advisor and have held CAS status recently

* You should have a proactive approach to your work and want to provide the best service to your clients

* You must be able to work well within a team but also able to thrive as an individual

Mortgage Advisor Benefits

* Self-employed role with realistic earnings potential of Year 1 £40,000 - £50,000

* Year 2 earnings of £50,000 - £60,000

* Year 3+ earnings of £100,000+

* Our client is willing to provide financial support during your first 6 months

* Hybrid working with 3 – 4 days working from their office and/or visiting local introducers and 1 – 2 days from home

* Access to all types of lending

* Option to become a specialist

* Potential management / leadership opportunities as the business grows
