Your new role
As a Field Service Management Jeopardy Coordinator, you will manage high-priority jobs that require manual intervention. These jobs may involve large companies or areas without power, or tasks nearing their SLA deadlines. Your responsibilities will include:- Allocating roles and manually assigning work
- Arranging extra staff, parts, and equipment as needed
- Ensuring high-priority jobs are completed on time
This is an administrative and coordination role with no direct customer contact. You will need a keen eye for detail, initiative, and the ability to work independently.What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will need a keen eye for detail and strong administrative skills. The ability to work independently is crucial, as you will be managing high-priority tasks with minimal supervision. Experience in planning or dispatching roles will be highly beneficial, along with initiative and problem-solving skills. Being self-sufficient and adaptable to a hybrid working pattern will also contribute to your success. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and can think on your feet, you will excel in this position. There will be training in place.
