Assistant General Manager – Cafe Local, Upper Crust and Line & Whistle Bar @ Crewe Station

We're looking for an inspirational Assistant General Manager to join our team. You'll have the opportunity to make a difference every day, as you support your manager and team to deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
As Assistant General Manager you’ll:
* Be passionate and dedicated and a strong support to the General Manager.
* Have the highest standards of brand quality and safety for our customers and team.
* Be an inspiration to the team to deliver outstanding customer service and loyalty.
* Mentor and train the team to grow and excel.
* Have proven experience and confidence in leading a team.

* Communicate effectively and clearly.
* Be adaptable and resilient in any situation.
