Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Location: Edgbaston Village, Hagley Road
Salary: £25,000 + Commission
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5 pm or 9 am - 5:30 pm

Are you eager to kickstart your career in recruitment? We are looking for an organised and proactive individual to join a successful team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant/ Resourcer. This is an exciting opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment while contributing to our continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

* Sourcing and generating high-quality candidates for open roles.

* Screening and qualifying CVs and candidates to ensure suitability.

* Arranging interviews and managing candidates through the recruitment process.

* Providing support and guidance to candidates through offers and counteroffers.

* Submitting qualified candidates to active roles and maintaining regular communication.

* Excellent organisational skills with a proactive approach to tasks.

* Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates.

* A keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

* A team player who is eager to learn and grow within the recruitment industry.
