Construction Site Cleaner

Location : Wellingborough NN8
Hours : Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:30. Shifts can be longer so you will need to be flexible.
Salary: £30,000-£33,150 DOE.

Interaction Recruiting are hiring an experienced Construction site cleaner on behalf of our client based in Wellingborough.

** FOR CONSIDERATION YOU MUST HAVE A DRIVING LICENCE AND EXTENSIVE CLEANING EXPERIENCE. CSCS Card would be beneficial**

Monday to Friday work with shifts typically being between 08:00 and 17:30.

The salary on offer is between £30,000 and £33,150.

What you will be doing as a New Build Cleaner

Cleaning of newly built houses on building sites.
Clear debris and remove it from the home.
Deep clean of all entry doors and passages.
Deep clean all surfaces and cupboards.
Deep clean all furnishings.
Deep clean all light fixtures.
Deep clean all window frames, panes and interiors.
Deep clean of all remaining fixtures - Smoke alarms, switches, skirting boards, etc
Vacuum floors and stairs
Dust blinds if applicable

Experience needed

Cleaning on new build housing sites. You must have experience in this field. Commercial, domestic and office cleaning is not sufficient.
Clean UK Licence must be held, and for insurance purposes must be over 25 years of age.
CSCS card would be beneficial.
The ability to perform repetitive tasks.
Flexibility to working.
