Description

ECS Resource Group are currently working in partnership with a global managed service provider who's end client is in the Mobile Telecoms sector. We are assisting them with the search for a UX Designer on a contract basis.

Responsibilities:

Ensure that established design standards are consistently and appropriately applied within design work
Engage with product management, engineering, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors to understand project
Develop and present documentation, user flows, annotated wireframes, and interactive prototypes
Leverage user testing make product improvements

Key Skills:

Ability to turn insights into strategic recommendations through compelling narratives and storytelling
IVR (Interactive voice response) experience
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Digital transformation background
Telecommunications background (Essential)
Experience with Avaya and Genesys (Essential)
