Tradewind Recruitment is seeking to appoint a KS1 Primary Teacher on behalf of a progressive and inclusive 2-form entry school located in the borough of Croydon. This London-based primary school is looking for a qualified teacher to cover a class in KS2 for the remainder of the academic year. As the role starts early in the school year, it will involve some planning responsibilities.

About the role:

Prepare and deliver engaging KS1 lessons
Implement effective and appropriate behaviour management strategies
Collaborate with the Classroom TA to ensure lessons are impactful and tailored to individual needs
Differentiate learning materials to cater to all pupils
Attend weekly staff meetings and contribute to the school's developmentRequirements:

Must have UK-recognised QTS
Strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum
A positive and ambitious approach to teaching
A commitment to upholding and contributing to the school's ethos
Ability to work effectively with colleagues, children, and external agencies
Must be available full-time and long-term from OctoberAbout the school:

2-form entry school rated 'Good' by Ofsted
Strong emphasis on creativity and child-led learning
Supportive and inclusive school community
