Job Location: Bournemouth

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: £14.00 - £14.50 per hour dependent on experience

Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday – Thursday 7.30am – 4pm with a half day on Friday

We are recruiting for several Assemblers on a permanent basis to join a leading manufacturer who design and manufacture products for the he Avionics and Defence industry.

Working out of a purpose built modern, state of the art facilities you will be part of a hardworking, friendly and dedicated team working on the Assembly of new, prototype and serviceable high value products for various Avionics and Defence Solutions.

Duties will include;

• Electro mechanical assembly
• Working to drawings or manufacturing
• Using hand tools
• Using a computer to do basic product testing and recording results

Excellent attention to detail is paramount for this position.

The successful candidate will possess;

• Good level of Assembly experience
• Ability to read and work from drawings and specifications
• Previous experience of working in a production, manufacturing or engineering environment undertaking similar works
• Able to use computers
