Chef de partie (or a demi chef de partie) required for a Japanese restaurant, this is a award fine dining winning restaurant serving amazing japanese dishes. chef de partie, 4.5 day week, creating amazing Japanese hot dish items for guests to enjoy eating. This fine dining kitchen will teach you lots and take your Japanese culinary journey to the next level. is a great way to earn this growing cuisine, if your a Demi chef de partie within Japanese fine dining OR a chef in a Michelin kitchen looking to switch to Japanese, looking to learn Japanese dishes, this will be perfect. Starting salary is £34-39k + service. They also offer a range of incentives during the year with a bonus of £200 for each of these you hit.
The role
As a chef de partie you will run a section in the kitchen, you will ensure everything runs smoothly in the dishes you are cooking. you will prep your dishes and then cook. This is all about amazing dishes & not about volume. This role will include all the normal demi chef de partie duties or chef de partie duties.
Experience
We are looking for a demi chef de partie or chef de partie from a fine dining background with great presentation skills, you will have a massive passion to learn Japanese cookery, and passion is so important. You will be from a Japanese fine dining background OR in a 3 rosette / Michelin restaurant in a different type of culinary food group & looking to expand your culinary journey to learn fine dining Japanese.

* Sunday and monday is off, Tuesday is a 3 hour prep day and Wednesday to Saturday is lunch and dinner.
* £34-39k + tips
