Are you an experienced Personal Assistant looking to take the next step in your career? We are recruiting on behalf of a globally recognised law firm for a Legal PA to join their Real Estate team. As a Legal Personal Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in providing professional, proactive, and confidential support to senior Partners. Key Responsibilities of the Legal Personal Assistant:

Support Partners and fee earners with end-to-end client and matter opening processes.
Provide financial administration support, coordinating with billing and finance teams.
Manage documentation for the team, undertaking urgent document work and collaborating with the document production team for larger projects.
Offer meeting support including drafting agendas, meeting and document preparation, room and IT set up.
Provide effective mailbox, diary, and travel management, taking initiative and ensuring any conflicts are resolved.
Act as a key point of contact for Partners, liaising with clients and providing exceptional service, being responsive to all requests.Skills and Experience Required:

For the Legal Personal Assistant role, we are looking for candidates with:

Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, ideally within a professional services or legal environment. Experience with Real Estate or Property is advantageous.
Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise and balance competing tasks.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise professionally with stakeholders at all levels in a professional environment.
A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the initiative to anticipate challenges and implement effective solutions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint).
