Are you a talented Maintenance Engineer ready to take your skills to the next level? Our client, a well-established leader in the FMCG/Food Manufacturing sector, is searching for a proactive and experienced individual to join their team near Banbury.

The Role

As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of production machinery. Key responsibilities include:

Conducting both Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs.
Diagnosing and rectifying faults quickly to minimise downtime.
Supporting the production team by addressing technical issues effectively.
Implementing continuous improvement initiatives to optimise machine performance and efficiency.
Maintaining a safe and clean working environment while adhering to compliance standards.
What You'll Need

Our client is looking for someone with:

A proven track record in a Food, FMCG, Packaging, or Manufacturing environment (other industries considered).
Formal qualifications such as NVQ, HNC, HND, BTEC, or City & Guilds.
Strong electrical or mechanical maintenance experience, with multi-skilled expertise being highly advantageous.
A hands-on, proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
The ability to thrive in both independent and collaborative working environments.
