Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer
Location: Corby
Shifts: Panama - Day Shift (£51,000 per annum) or Night Shift (up to £53,900 per annum)

Are you a skilled Maintenance Engineer eager to make a difference in a fast-paced environment? Our client, a well-established leader in the FMCG sector, is looking for a proactive and driven Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their thriving team near Corby.

The Opportunity

In this hands-on role, you'll play a crucial part in maintaining and enhancing the efficiency of state-of-the-art equipment and machinery. Working as part of a collaborative team, you'll help ensure the smooth operation of the facility while driving innovation and reliability across the site.

Key Responsibilities

Maintenance Excellence: Carry out electrical and mechanical maintenance across the site, ensuring all equipment operates efficiently.
Swift Problem-Solving: Respond promptly to breakdowns, minimising disruption to production schedules.
PLC Diagnosis: Use your expertise to diagnose and resolve faults at both input and output levels of PLC systems.
Proactive Preventative Maintenance: Execute a robust PPM schedule to keep equipment running at peak performance.
Innovative Troubleshooting: Apply your technical know-how to resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues.
What You'll Bring

Our client values individuals with experience in food processing or similar industries. You'll ideally have:

A BTEC, ONC, or similar qualification in an electrical discipline or multi-skilled engineering.
A time-served apprenticeship or equivalent hands-on experience.
A proactive mindset and a strong desire to continuously improve and grow within your role.
