Are you a passionate Behaviour Mentor or Sports Coach looking to inspire and support KS2 students? Tradewind Education is seeking a dedicated individual to join a thriving primary school in Islington on a full-time basis starting January 2025.

About the Role:

This exciting position combines behaviour mentoring with sports coaching, supporting KS2 students to thrive both in the classroom and on the field.

Responsibilities include:

Providing tailored behavioural support to individual students and small groups.
Promoting positive behaviour and social skills throughout the school day.
Leading engaging sports and physical education sessions.
Collaborating with teachers to create inclusive classroom environments.
Building strong relationships with students to foster confidence and resilience.Requirements:

Experience working with primary-aged children, particularly in behaviour support or sports coaching.
Knowledge of behaviour management strategies and techniques.
A background in sports or coaching with a passion for physical education.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Commitment to full-time work from January 2025.
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply).What We Offer:
