£25,000 - £35,000 per year + Training, Development and Mentorship

Are you a recent graduate with a passion for architecture and design, eager to develop your skills and contribute to innovative projects?

This is a great opportunity for a talented graduate to support design projects, using your knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD and Revit. Your ability to collaborate and assist in the delivery of high-quality designs will be crucial in ensuring client satisfaction and project success.

The company is a design and build construction company working on leading commercial refurbishment projects in the private across central London. They focus on quality, cost and sustainability factors with over 5 live projects and continuously tendering for others ranging from £10m to £100m+. They are still a growing company in the UK and are backed by a larger group of companies within the brand in different countries. This position is due to sheer growth and demand.

This role offers the opportunity to support the design process, working with specifications from the Design Manager. You'll assist with coordination, develop strategies, and help ensure projects meet regulatory standards. You'll gain hands-on experience by contributing to design concepts, progress reports, and handover reviews, while receiving training and mentorship to develop your skills within a collaborative team.

The Role:

Assist with design and oversee subcontractors.
Work with senior architects and consultants to develop design strategies, ensuring compliance with regulations and sustainability standards.
Support the coordination of design ideas and provide progress reports.
Assist in managing project timelines, ensuring design deliverables are met.
Candidate Requirements:

Familiarity with design software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
Degree within Architecture or similar
RIBA 2 essential
