Teaching Assistant – SEND - part time Temporary
Chesterfield
£19,000 - £23,000 per rata (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications)

January 2025 – July 2025

The School and Role

This large primary school is part of a Multi Academy Trust is passionate about the quality of care they provide for their pupils. The school has a strong leadership team and dedicated staff who have a real pride in their aspects of teaching and learning. The successful SEND Teaching Assistant will be working five mornings a week. You will provide general classroom support in an integrated resource attached to the mainstream primary school. The role would suit someone with excellent SEND knowledge.

Requirements

The desired SEND Teaching Assistant will have;

-          Experience of working with primary school aged children

-          Experience of working with pupils with SEND

-          A passion for the progress of primary school pupils

-          An ability to work as part of a team
