Your Responsibilities:

To support the company in identifying and delivering service improvement activity business-wide, through the employment of process improvement methodologies and the application of innovative thinking.
To work cross-functionally with key business stakeholders to build a continuous improvement environment, supporting an ongoing programme of change.
To lead and facilitate large LEAN/process improvement workshops for senior level projects to drive ideas and solutions.
To lead the delivery of better value and greater efficiency through the identification and elimination of unnecessary process complexity and the identification of better ways of working.
To identify trends and process variations as part of establishing a continuous improvement monitoring system.
To lead the development and implementation of a 'best-in-class'continuous improvement strategy.
To take ownership of change initiatives from evolution/efficiency identification through to project delivery via internal governance and controls.

Required Skills:

Accredited Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
Previous experience in the field of analytical continuous improvement.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Project, Visio, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Experience of hands-on implementation of continuous improvement programs.
Key skills: Construction, management, housing, LEAN, business improvement
