Job Title: Town Planning Director
Salary: £80,000+
Location: Edinburgh
We are assisting a leading private consultancy in Edinburgh who are looking to grow their planning team and take on an additional planning director to come in as a fee earner and grow the company even further. They focus on a whole range of projects including EIA, land promotion, master planning, residential and large developments so someone who has a skills across the board would be a great asset to this team!
The right candidate would need to bring a client base with them.
Responsibilities:
·Develop and implement strategic planning initiatives.
·Lead project teams from inception to completion.
·Build and maintain client relationships.
·Mentor and develop the more junior team members.
·Ensure compliance with planning regulations.
Qualifications:
·Minimum 8 years of planning experience within a private consultancy
·Strong knowledge of the UK planning system
·Experience of fee earning
·RTPI Chartered Membership (highly desirable).
