Cube Install Ltd is a leading specialist subcontractor providing high-quality panelling solutions to Tier 1 contractors on large scale projects across the UK. Due to continued growth and increasing project demands, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview:
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the delivery of projects from inception to completion. This includes collaborating closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution, from planning and budgeting to execution and handover. You will be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, and resolving any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage the planning, coordination, and completion of projects.

* Oversee project timelines, budgets, resources, contractual requirements and installation team performance to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.

* Prepare and deliver on project programmes.

* Regular and accurate progress reporting to senior management and clients.

* Liaise directly with clients, contractors, installers, design teams and manufacturing to ensure specifications are met and expectations exceeded.

* Identify and resolve issues, delays, or conflicts that may arise during the project. These need to be managed and resolved through the contractual processes.

* Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards and regulations.

* Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to promote long-term business development and repeat business opportunities.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry, with a focus on joinery, panelling, cladding, or similar packages.

* Strong knowledge of construction processes, site management, and project delivery methodologies.

* Experience working with Tier 1 contractors and managing complex, large-scale projects.

* Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

* Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.

* Experience in recruiting installers and ability to set up an installation team that will work nationally.

* Ability to deal with difficult personalities.

* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

* A relevant degree in Construction Management or a similar field (desirable).

* PMP, PRINCE2, or other Project Management qualifications (desirable)
