This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, professional, and customer-focused individual to deliver exceptional concierge services in one of the most dynamic and luxurious markets in the world. If you have a passion for excellence and an innate ability to anticipate and fulfil the needs of discerning clients, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Bespoke Client Service: Deliver a tailored, proactive service to VIP clients, ensuring their every request is met with the utmost care and attention.

Exclusive Arrangements: Organise and secure reservations, events, travel, private experiences, and luxury services, including but not limited to, private jets, yachts, and fine dining.

Personalised Assistance: Manage daily requests, special projects, and ad-hoc duties for high-profile individuals, demonstrating discretion and sensitivity at all times.

Vendor Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with luxury brands, service providers, hotels, and suppliers to ensure clients receive the best possible service and exclusive offers.

Problem Solving: Demonstrate a calm, professional approach to challenges, resolving any issues quickly and efficiently to ensure clients’ satisfaction
