Sales Parts Advisor 
Permanent
Full Time role, office based
37.5 hours per week
Salary up to £30k per 
Based in Bolton

Medlock Partners are partnering with a marketing leading business based in Bolton, who are looking for a proactive sales parts advisor to help achieve sales targets with new and existing customers.  The successful candidate will ideally have previous sales/account management experience within the parts industry, confident on the telephone and thrives on building long lasting customer relationships. 

Key responsibilities of the Sales Parts Advisor :

Build and develop relationships with new and existing clients via phone
Process orders by phone, web and email.
Proactively sell and generate quality sales leads for field sales colleagues (i.e. selling offers/promotions).
Make outbound sales prospecting calls and develop all sales opportunities.
Place orders in the correct manner ensuring payment is taken correctly.
Answer all sales calls professionally and efficiently and deal with customer/ potential customer requests for information.
Be responsible for helping to meet challenging group sales targets through proactively selling products and services to business customers.
Process orders and to ensure that all orders are dispatched with 100% accuracy 
Ensure customer satisfaction, including prompt dealing with customer complaints or concerns.
Work closely with the Purchasing and Production Departments to ensure that stock is at suitable levels and liaise with all other departments to ensure orders are fulfilled within the required timeframe.
Expedite/progress orders with Despatch. Key requirements for the Sales Parts Advisor:

Previous sales parts experience  - Office environment
Identifying area for new sales opportunities
Confident in making outbound sales calls.
Ability to build and develop new and existing relationships  
Previous experience of processing orders
