About the Role
Insight Education is seeking dedicated and adaptable Supply Teaching assistants to support primary schools across Guildford, covering year groups from EYFS to Year 6. In this role, you will step into a variety of classroom settings, providing high-quality instruction and maintaining continuity of learning in the absence of the regular teaching assistant. Your ability to quickly build rapport with students and staff, manage classroom dynamics, and deliver engaging lessons will be essential to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Adapt to Different Environments – Quickly familiarise yourself with new school settings and classroom dynamics.
* Support Student Learning – Provide academic support and guidance to students, ensuring their engagement and progress.
* Provide Feedback – Offer constructive feedback to students and staff, ensuring a smooth transition for the regular teacher upon their return.
* Maintain Communication – Keep in regular contact with school staff to report on student progress and any issues that arise.
Requirements
* Knowledge and understanding of the UK Curriculum
* Experience working with children in a school or educational setting (preferred).
* Maintaining a professional attitude and a positive mindset, even in challenging situations.
* A flexible, adaptable, and positive approach to working in various school settings.
* Reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to delivering high-quality teaching.
