Job Title: Structural Engineering Specialist

Location:

North West England, Cumbria, Barrow-in-Furness

Job Type:

Permanent, Full-Time hours

Primary Industries:

Engineering/ Marine/ Construction

Job Duties:

Design and develop structural engineering solutions for projects
Conduct structural analysis and assessments
Prepare technical reports and documentation
Collaborate with other engineering professionals
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

Required Qualifications:

Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
Chartered Engineer status
Extensive experience in structural engineering

Education:

Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years in structural engineering

Knowledge and Skills:

Proficient in structural analysis software
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Knowledge of industry best practises

Preferred Qualifications:

Postgraduate qualification in Structural Engineering
Experience in the construction industry

Working Conditions:

Office-based with occasional site visits, may require working outside of regular hours to meet project deadlines
