Salary: 80 000€ per annum plus bonus

The company:
A global leading manufacturer of specific components with applications in heavy industrial environments

Main duties:
Work alongside and support the Sales Engineer for Germany, conduct training, address customer concerns and support the onboarding of new customers.

The role:
- Deliver virtual and onsite product training from disassembly, filling, and servicing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Help achieve sales goals by contributing to a profitable and sustainable sales pipeline.
- Install components like hoses to ensure proper product functionality.
- Stay informed on industry trends, technologies, and solutions by participating in technical forums.
- Gather customer feedback and propose product or service improvements to leadership.
- Recommend tailored solutions to address customer application challenges.
- Lead by example while collaborating across teams to drive organizational success.
- Support company initiatives and align with organizational values.

The candidate:
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
- Qualified Engineer with experience within manufacturing or industrial settings.
- Experience within the metalworking industry with a focus on technical applications.
- Familiarity with spare part applications such as nitrogen gas products
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Expertise in lean enterprise tools and continuous improvement practices.
- Data-driven decision-making with the ability to manage ambiguity.
- Results-oriented mindset with a sense of urgency.
- Up to 20% travel to customer or partner locations.
