Senior Hardware Design Engineer

The Company

A leading designer and provider of embedded computer and video hardware products
used in a wide range of industrial applications worldwide.

The Role

This is a position that will require a flexible Hardware Design Engineer. This is an exciting opportunity to get inside the heart of the expanding and vibrant digital video plus AI/ML technology industry.

The work will include the following:

Hardware design of new products – from feasibility to production

Schematic design using Cadence/Orcad/Altium

PCB layout review

Supporting the product development life cycle - specification, prototyping, functional testing, validation.

Working with sales team to define solutions in response to customer requirements

Working with engineering team to provide support to customers

The Candidate

To apply for this role, you must

1. 5+ Years experience with high speed digital design.

2. Experience of Programmable Logic, FPGA and microControllers

3. Mutilayer highspeed PCB design with Cadence/Orcad/Altium

4. Familiarity with video interfaces: HDMI/DVI, HD-SDI, DP, VGA, Composite

5. Programming in C/C++
