Avanti Recruitment is currently partnered with a Leading Precision-engineering Company, who are seeking an.NET Developer to join their established team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a major system modernization project, transitioning from WinForms to modern web-based technologies. You'll be working alongside a strong senior development team in a company that values technical excellence and professional growth.

The company has an impressive track record in delivering precision engineering solutions to process industries worldwide. Based near Ipswich, they offer a flexible hybrid working arrangement that promotes work-life balance while maintaining collaborative team dynamics.

This is an excellent opportunity for a developer with WinForms experience who is keen to expand their skillset and be part of a significant technological transformation. You'll be working with an experienced senior team who are committed to knowledge sharing and professional development.

Technical Requirements:

* Strong experience with WinForms development

* .NET development skills

* SQL Server expertise

* Interest in/exposure to modern web technologies

* Understanding of software architecture and design patterns

Project Focus:

* Modernization of existing WinForms applications to web-based solutions

* Working with both legacy and modern .NET technologies

* Database development and optimization

* Collaborating on architecture decisions for the new system
