Wild Recruitment are currently seeking HGV Class 2 Drivers for a large distribution client based in Portsmouth

Monday to Friday, temporary ongoing

£15ph on Umbrella

This HGV2 driving role will mainly involve delivering palletised freight across the south.

What you will be doing for this HGV Class 2 driving role:

Delivering items to customers and business safely and efficiently
Being accountable for the safe and timely delivery of goods on the vehicle
Being responsible for loading the vehicle and unloading at each drop
Perform daily checks on the vehicle and keep the vehicle to a high standard of cleanlinessWhat we look for in you as a HGV Class 2 driver:

A valid Class 2 HGV licence, CPC and digi tacho card
Previous experience with Pallet deliveries
Previous experience in a curtain side truck with a tail lift
Ready to take the initiative and work as part of a team
A passion for delivering excellent customer serviceYou will need to attend and pass a driving assesment before you can be booked in for any shifts.
