We are working with a very well-establised Luxury Travel Provider who are seeking an experienced and passionate Luxury Cruise Specialist to join their dynamic team. In this role, you'll be responsible for selling high-end cruise experiences to discerning clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service. If you have a strong track record in luxury cruise sales and thrive on building lasting relationships, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:

Sell a wide range of luxury cruises, offering expert advice and personalised recommendations to clients.
Handle inbound inquiries, converting leads into bookings through exceptional service and product knowledge.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and repeat customers, delivering outstanding customer care throughout the sales process.
Stay up-to-date with the latest luxury cruise products, destinations, and trends to ensure clients receive the best possible recommendations.
Exceed sales targets, benefitting from a very generous commission structure. What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in luxury cruise sales is essential.
Strong knowledge of luxury cruise lines, destinations, and itineraries.
A customer-focused approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
A passion for luxury travel and delivering exceptional client experiences. Benefits:
