Legal Case Management & Analytics Developer

Location: Chesterfield

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, reliable, and ambitious IT professional to join our small IT team. This full-time position is based at our Chesterfield office and offers a varied role that provides a range of IT support across all four of our offices, covering all aspects of our employees' IT experience.

This role supports a cross-platform environment, including Windows and iOS, and offers a fantastic opportunity to work with and learn leading-edge technologies and products. Occasional on-site work will be required.

Key responsibilities:

* ALB practice management system development - including ALB workflow development or another similar PMS workflow system, ALB admin, gathering requirements and deciding upon best approach, calling for strong analytical skills to understand and implement requirements, SQL admin, and JIRA.

* Data analytics / SSRS reporting – calling for advanced SQL knowledge, SSRS, and SSRS admin skills/knowledge.

* Liaise with 3rd party suppliers to ensure that all service requests and incidents are dealt with efficiently and in a timely manner.

* Support employees with office applications and a law-based practice management system.

Skills and experience required:

* Previous experience in a similar IT role for 1+ years.

* Experience in supporting Microsoft Operating systems, including Desktop Windows 10.

* Exposure to Microsoft Office 365 (desirable but not essential).

* Problem solving and troubleshooting skills, with good attention to detail.

* A mature, diligent approach to confidentiality and personal information.

* Ability to successfully work autonomously as well as within a small team, with excellent interpersonal skills.

* Able to maintain a professional demeanour under pressure.

* Full UK driver’s licence and car for visits to other offices (Mansfield, Derby and Nottingham)

* GCSE standard in Maths and English Language (desirable).
