Description

A Client Account Manager with strong customer service and project management skills is needed to join the team at Compass Pools, based in Horsham, on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout project lifecycles.
Project Coordination: Work with internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Communication: Provide clients with regular updates, addressing milestones, challenges, and solutions.
Problem Solving: Proactively manage client queries and concerns, ensuring their satisfaction at every step.
Contract Management: Handle contracts, invoicing, and payment schedules with precision.
Upselling and Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to enhance client projects with additional features or services.
Qualifications

Proven experience in account management or a similar customer-facing role.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of the swimming pool industry (desirable).
