Barker Ross is currently recruiting on behalf of their market leading client for Line Leaders to join our their team based in Whittlesey.

As a Line Leader you will lead, manage, motivate and organise the production line to ensure that daily production targets are achieved and daily orders are produced to the highest quality.

Shifts:
Days: 08:00 - 16:45 during peak 07:00 - 18:30 Pay: £13.63 per hour
Nights 19:00 - 06:30 peak only. Pay £14.99 per hour

Duties:

Lead, motivate and organise an individual production line to ensure daily production targets (efficiency a& yield) are achieved and customer orders are fully completed to the highest standard
Ensure that all finished product meets customer specifications
To ensure all daily checks and documentation are completed in an accurate and timely manner. To include line safe start checks, handover, Health & Safety and Fire register
Liaise with the packaging team to ensure that all labels and packaging are on the line and ready to use in good time before job is ready, avoiding downtime and loss in productivity due to incorrect labels or packaging issues

Personal attributes:

Proven experience of working within a fast moving environment
Experience of leading a small team
Excellent team player.
