Seeking a dedicated Head of Procurement who will oversee all procurement activities, ensuring optimal supplier relationships and efficient purchasing processes within the industrial sector. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership abilities and a keen eye for strategic sourcing and procurement management.

Description

Strategically manage all procurement activities and supplier relationships.
Implement efficient purchasing processes and cost-saving strategies.
Collaborate closely with other departments to understand their procurement needs.
Maintain a steady supply of necessary resources while ensuring quality standards.
Navigate and mitigate potential supply chain risks.
Lead, manage and develop the procurement team.
Report on procurement performance metrics.
Stay updated on market trends and advancements in the procurement field.Profile

A successful Head of Procurement should have:

Experience within a greenfield environment
Proven experience in a managerial procurement role within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
Strong understanding of strategic sourcing and procurement processes.
Exceptional negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.Job Offer
