Powder Coating Operations Manager - Room for Growth and Ownership
Location: Rochester, Kent, ME1 3QX
Salary: £60,000-£80,000 + Potential for Future Shared Ownership

The Role
As Powder Coating Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the day-to-day operations while spearheading improvements and strategic growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, enjoys optimising processes, and values team development.

Your key responsibilities include:
* Operational Leadership: Overseeing the powder coating department's workflow, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure seamless production.
