Job Title: Recruitment Consultant
Location: Rugby
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum (depending on experience) + Commission
Full-Time: 5 Days a Week (Office-Based)

About the Role: Are you a dynamic and driven individual with a passion for recruitment? We are seeking an enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. Based in one of our offices in Rugby, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take their career to the next level in a rewarding and fast-paced environment.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in sourcing and placing candidates in various sectors, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional results. This role is office-based, with the opportunity to earn excellent commission based on your performance.

Key Responsibilities:

* Source, screen, and interview candidates to match with client requirements

* Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates

* Manage a high volume of roles and vacancies across various industries

* Provide expert recruitment advice to clients and candidates

* Negotiate salaries, terms, and conditions on behalf of candidates and clients

* Achieve targets and contribute to the overall success of the recruitment team

What We’re Looking For:

* Previous experience in recruitment or sales is highly desirable

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Target-driven with a proactive approach to business development

* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

* A team player with a passion for delivering results

* Ability to build rapport with clients and candidates

* A positive attitude and a desire to progress within the recruitment industry
