We have an exciting opportunity for a Training Manager to join our client in Poole, this is a fantastic role working within an innovative and forward thinking business.

This position is full time, paying £35-40,000pa DOE and working Monday to Friday, this is a pivotal role that will include designing, delivering and evaluating training to the companies partners. 

Key responsible for the successful Training Manager: 

Develop training plans and programmes
Deliver on-site, in-house training but also go to customer sites if needed. 
Content development 
Monitor and assess training programmes 
Primary point of contact for any and all training queries
Working closely with other departments and partners to develop joint strategies  
Maintain accurate records To be considered for the Training Manager role:

Previous experience within a training management role is essential 
Experience working within Food or Manufacturing industries would be highly desirable. 
A full UK driving licence and willingness to drive to customers sites Benefits for the Training Manager role:
