Business Development Executive
Cheltenham Centre
Uncapped OTE up to £35,000
Monday – Friday (No Weekends & Early Finish Fridays at 2:30PM!)

Are you a driven, energetic individual with a passion for sales? Our award-winning client, based in the centre of Cheltenham, is looking for a Business Development Executive to join their growing team.

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work with a range of prestigious corporate clients across various industries, including property management, sports & leisure, luxury brands, automotive & aeronautical, and retail.

Responsibilities

* Strengthen and maintain relationships with existing corporate clients.

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.

* Understand customer needs to upsell and drive revenue growth.

* Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

* Collaborate with the team to optimise results.

Requirements

* Previous experience in a target-driven role, in any field.

* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

* Highly motivated and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.

* Ambitious with a passion for earning excellent commissions!
