Junior Recruitment Specialist / Consultant

Location: South Yorkshire

The Role

We’re looking for a proactive and organised Junior Recruitment Specialist to join our team. This is a fixed term role for 10 months.

What you’ll do:

* Proactively source passive candidates using networking, social media, targeted outreach, and CV databases.

* Build and maintain talent pipelines.

* Conduct pre-screening calls to assess candidate suitability and generate leads.

* Use Boolean search techniques and advanced sourcing strategies to find talent.

* Manage recruitment processes with efficiency and accuracy, from job advertisements to interview coordination.

* Oversee the recruitment inbox.

* Collaborate with the People Support team to ensure smooth onboarding processes.

* Work closely with Recruitment Specialists to align on priorities and sourcing strategies.

What we’re looking for:

* Strong networking and communication skills

* A highly proactive mindset

* Exceptional organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task

* Adaptable and calm under pressure

* Knowledge of Boolean search techniques and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).

* Customer-focused approach, ensuring excellent candidate experience.

Essential Requirements:

* Maths & English Level 2 (or equivalent).

* Previous experience in recruitment administration or candidate sourcing.
