Media and Marketing Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

* Drive new business by crafting tailored proposals, presentations, and strategic outreach.

* Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

* Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients across both business and lifestyle sectors.

* Effectively manage your sales diary, prioritising tasks to maximise productivity.

* Collaborate with the team to help shape the business strategy and achieve collective goals.

About You

* Proven sales experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for developing client relationships.

* A proactive, self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

* Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

* Familiarity with the Gloucestershire business community and local networks is a plus.

* Background in media, marketing, technology, recruitment, or professional services is preferred.

* Previous experience in advertising, sponsorship, or event sales is a bonus.

* Comfortable using CRM systems (preferably HubSpot), Office 365, websites, and social media.
