What You’ll Do as a Community Worker:

Deliver personalised support to clients in their own homes.
Manage challenging behaviours with patience, understanding, and tailored strategies.
Promote independence and enhance the well-being of individuals with complex needs.
Provide assistance with daily tasks, companionship, and care aligned with individual care plans.

What We Need From You:

A passion for supporting clients with complex needs and challenging behaviours.
Experience or a willingness to learn strategies for autism, ADHD, and learning disabilities.
A Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
The right to work in the UK and an enhanced DBS, which you can apply for upon registration (to be paid in full at £49.50 with a full refund after a set period of hours worked*)
Over 18 with excellent communication and a caring attitude.
