Customer Service Specialist

Salary: £20,500 - £22,500 per annum
Location: Kings Hill, Kent (Hybrid Working)
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Our client, a market leader, is seeking multiple Customer Service Specialists to join their growing team on a permanent basis. They are happy to consider candidates who are looking for their first office-based role, as long as you bring strong customer service skills and a positive attitude. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a hybrid capacity after training, blending office and remote work.

Key Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service via telephone and email.
Maintain a professional and positive attitude when engaging with clients, customers, and suppliers.
Resolve customer queries effectively and deliver solutions.
Accurately update customer records in the internal database.
Perform general administrative tasks to support the team.
Essential Skills and Experience

At least 6 months of experience in a Customer Service role, or equivalent transferable skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
An excellent telephone manner.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
A passion for personal development and career progression.
