Location: Flexible within the UK
Salary: From £50,000 per year (negotiable based on experience) + Bonus Scheme

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Project Manager to lead and manage electrical projects from inception to completion. This is a full-time, permanent role for a proactive individual with excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage multiple electrical projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification.
* Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
* Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors for seamless project execution.
* Oversee coordination and delivery of project plant and equipment.
* Ensure materials are available to meet project timelines.
* Implement construction and commissioning programs, ensuring efficient site execution.
* Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
* Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues promptly.
* Prepare and deliver project updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency throughout.
* Enforce compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Qualifications and Skills
* Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager in the construction or engineering industry.
* Strong knowledge of electrical systems and engineering principles.
* Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
* Outstanding communication and problem-solving abilities.
* Attention to detail and proactive approach to challenges.
* Relevant degree or certification in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
