Are you an experienced Event Manager ready to own the full event lifecycle? From sourcing venues to on-site execution, this role is all about making large-scale events shine! You'll oversee exciting live and hybrid events (Apply online only)+ attendees), ensuring every detail is flawlessly executed. With events happening across Europe-including Amsterdam, London, Lisbon, Munich, and Paris-this is your chance to manage exciting projects with a hands-on approach.

✨ What You'll Do:

🎯 Take ownership of end-to-end event planning, from venue sourcing to final invoicing.
🌍 Oversee logistics for large-scale public training events, summits, and conferences.
💡 Manage hybrid events, combining live and online elements seamlessly.
📦 Handle courseware planning, class capacities, and pre-event marketing coordination.
🎤 Liaise with instructors, customers, and venues to deliver exceptional experiences.
🛠️ Be on-site during events, solving problems and ensuring success from start to finish.

✅ 3-5 years of event management experience (100+ attendee events).
✅ Skilled in running hybrid events and managing budgets/KPIs.
✅ Must speak Dutch and English fluently.
✅ Pragmatic, personable, and culturally aware-ready to engage with diverse audiences.
✅ Strong IT skills (Excel proficiency a must); VWO Level 7 or above preferred.
✅ A hands-on approach, willing to roll up your sleeves and get involved on-site.🌍 Travel Expectations:
You'll spend 60-70% of your time traveling to exciting event destinations, including monthly visits to Amsterdam and London, as well as other locations like Munich, Paris, Lisbon, and more!
